Blurred Church Interior

Vision and Calling

Thank you, Lord, for opening a new door for SLAC, giving us the opportunity to encounter a suitable church premises. This is not only a response to our current need for more gathering space, but also an opportunity for us to re-evaluate God's mission and vision for SLAC’s future.

For many years, we have longed for a stable gathering place to serve as a base for worship, fellowship, small groups, discipleship, and evangelism. However, we deeply believe that God's leading goes far beyond merely meeting our immediate needs; it is meant to fulfill His greater plans.

Located right opposite Kingston University, this premises prompts us to consider: Is God calling us to more actively serve the next generation, reach out to university students, and establish a deeper gospel impact in Southwest London?

Therefore, what we envision today is the passing on and cultivation of faith for the future generation—fulfilling the gospel mission, making disciples, nurturing the next generation in this era, and bringing God's love into the lives of even more people. Let us “plant our feet in the present while looking forward to the future”.
